About the Kick off meeting

The first meeting of Mithras project was held in Badajoz, during the 24^th and 25^th of November. In this meeting, the structure of the project and the main objectives were tackled, moreover, a brainstorming session was done as a first step for the development of the methodology of the training needs.

International conference and round table on "Knowledge sharing and management in Small and Medium Enterprises" under the "Leonardo da Vinci" programme of the European Union.

Activity II Mithras

The 12nd of October was held in Galway (Ireland) the Management Meeting of the Mithras project. The Committee counted with the participation of the main partners of the project: Fundecyt, Predika, INNOVATE – CIMRU, Sviluppo Liguria, Business Development Friesland and Partner in Performance Group.

The core of the Committee was the Analysis of the results about the Key barriers in Knowladge Sharing, the Training, the Final Conclusions and the next steps to carry on.

Activity III Mithras

The 3^rd Mithras proyect Meeting, was held in Amsterdam on the 8^th of March.
The main partners were setting out the Modules; Each partner provided 3 case studies for the training programme, related to the specific modules.
Closing Meeting will be held at Sofia at the very beginning of October.

Activity IV Mithras

Last October, the project MITHRAS organised the Final Conference and Closing meeting. This meeting took place in Sofía (Bulgary), during the 9th of October.
More than 40 participants attended to this conference and the partners involved in the project shared their knowledge and their experiences related with collaboration.
